INDIANA BUILDERS ASSOCIATION (IBA):

NAHB is based in Washington DC with over 400 staff members and experts in every sphere of housing, development, remodeling, regulations and laws. They are on call to members only through a toll free phone line. This is an INVALUABLE benefit.
NAHB has the largest construction library in the world accessing members to hundreds of periodicals with updated information concerning your business. Many are free of charge, some at modest cost. This too is an INVALUABLE benefit.
The NAHB produces the largest dollar-volume annual convention in the nation with over 70,000 builders attending. Hundreds of housing and product exhibits along with dozens of concurrent seminars in a five-day period. The NAHB Build PAC Fund is recognized for its effectiveness in funding campaigns nationwide for pro-housing candidates for Congress. NAHB has a staff of very effective lobbyist representing you in Congress. Members receive the Builder magazine monthly as well as up-to-date housing news bi-weekly. All builder members also receive a free subscription to Professional Builders magazine. Members and their attorneys have free access to Westlaw depicting legal history of real estate case law thereby saving attorneys many hours of research. Legal staff is also in place to counsel with members’ attorneys.
